So happy to have found real Instinct owners, not Sprint phone reps who have yet to help me despite 10 or more calls. Anyway, can anyone tell me if some of their speed dial contacts disappear after I turn phone back on(voicemail symbol comes up even when there are no vm s)? Have to redo every time. Also, someone mentioned they figured out how to get optonline e mail to work. I have time warner Road Runner which also does not work. Sprint said they are still having trouble with cable e mail systems. Anyway, has anyone figured it out? Heard there was going to be an update sent out, but have gotten nothing. Thanks in advance for your help.
