Hello, can anyone help me please?  My Instict froze up.  The screen is frozen.  We took it to one tech and they did the finger nail thing to try and remove a bubble.  it didn't work..I am going to cry!

ok, here is the worst problem!  Fine I can get a new phone no problem, but HOW DO I RETRIEVE THE CONTACT INFORMATION OUT OF THE PHONE?  IT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN MY PHONE!

The sprint store techs say they can not get it out.  Is this true?  thanks for any help you can give me.  God Bless you...
