Re: Instinct requires "everything plan"?

I also got the hammer dropped on me.  I have a corporate discount of 26%.  I was told I would have to upgrade to a data everything plan (no problem) and that the corporate discount would not be applicable (big problem!!).    I was told by a CSR this was because the data was included in the everything plan, whereas the unlimited data available on my current plan was an add-on!  How insane is that.

So basically, they wanted me to go from paying $105 / month for three lines and 1100 minutes with 26% discount (I.e. ~80), to paying $150 / month for three lines and 1500 minutes with no discount.  No way!!

When I told them they took away all the incentive for staying with Sprint and not going to iPhonw, I was told that if I leave before December I would owe them $150 per line.  I told the lady that essentially she was quarenteing that I would leave in December regardless of what they did.  And I have been a Sprint customer for over 8 years!

I am pissed!!
David

Re: Instinct requires "everything plan"?

I have a great plan with Sprint but I won't give that up to get the Instict. I wrote "Dan" and his assistant said there is no way to get the phone without the Everything plan. Spront is going to lose customers, loyal customers, like me to the iPhone, unless they allow us to transfer our plan to the new phone.
