Haptic Feedback

I'm intrigued by this "haptic feedback" where you can feel a response as you push a button on the touchscreen. Anyone seen (felt) this first hand? Is it as cool as it sounds?

Re: Haptic Feedback

i have used haptics in many phones. i have them in my current phone the lg muziq and have used them on the sprint and AT&T razr2 as well as the voyager and venus on verizon. i have to say that i was very pleased with the feedback that haptics provided. although it does takes some getting used to since we're all used to the original tactile feedback of real buttons. if the upstage would have had haptics then i probably would have kept it instead of getting the muziq. hoped this helped.
