You know I've experienced my best customer service opportunities via email with Sprint and other companies. I believe this gives them time to research your question better and provide the answers you need. Having said that, I know some have had nightmares. Considering all the phones out there we just read and hear about those bad moments. I just wanted to say Sprint rocks for me. And I have a Verizon phone as well.
