Re: Instinct requires "everything plan"?

good point, but from the looks of it you alredy have unlimited date, and if your phone is currently web enabled it may just be a straight swap w/ no change to your plan, remember like stated in my last post there are 3 tiers to the everything plan, the key point to remember it the unlimited data, when i was getting the mogul i had to pay and extra 25 bucks a month for unlimited data but my plan stayed the same. and as we all know sprint doesnt advertised the SERO plan to non employees, so i wouldnt worry too much

i really do hope the sero unlimited data plans work with the instinct.

Re: Instinct requires "everything plan"?

I spoke with a Sprint Store rep (in a store) today and a Sprint Customer Service rep (via *2 customer service) and they both opined that if you have a vision plan the instinct will work fine.  No Simply everything plan needed (in their opinion) anyway.

Re: Instinct requires "everything plan"?

Just thought id let everyone know.... If you deal with the new activations department... or any department other than customer retentions... You WILL have to get a simply everything plan.  HOWEVER> if you all ready have a SERO plan, call retentions and they will allow you to use your sero with an instinct.  I know this because I have succeeded in doing this.  The CSR that i was speaking told told me they were a new employee and did not know the procedures, so they actually ready to me the guidelines for the instict word for word from their database.  And it went something along the lines of... ALL new subscribers must select a simply everything plan upon activations.  Excepts to this rule are only to those current customers on a special employee refferal offer who may keep their SERo plans with a 24 month contract extension.  Hope this helps!
