When I got my Mogul I paid $299 after the $100 was taken off in the corporate Sprint Store.  If this is as functional as the Mogul I would pay the same.  I'm just anxious to get my hands on one and check it out!

With two batteries being given with the phone is a tell tail sign of the power needs of the Instinct.  Thing is, unlike the iPhone, We can change the battery AND I'm sure battery manufacturers will make larger ones for it.  WOO HOO!  Two Snaps!
