I video text many times to a verizon users but they never received it but they are able to video text me.

I even sent one to a t-mobile user and they have to login to a picture/ video web site but they never received it.

I did video text another sprint user but his phone stated the file was to big to open.  Is anybody having or has anybody seen this issue.
